Basic Membership Application plus Biography

$50.00 CAD for membership and $100 for Biography / Then $50.00 CAD Yearly (recurring charge, for ongoing access)

The Practitioner Biography Section is available to Graduates of Langara College Certified Advance Integrative Energy Healing Practitioner program.  The Biography purchase is a one- time cost that requires the annual CAIEHP.CA Basic Membership be maintained, failure to maintain the annual membership will result in the automatic removal of the biography.

I acknowledge that I have read these responsibilities and understand them. I agree to adhere to the requirements of CAIEHP terms and conditions for the Biography.

I certify all information provided to be true and correct to the best of my knowledge. I consent to my course information and/or CAIEHP graduation date to be verified by Admin@CAIEHP.CA.
