Debra Winter obtained her Certification as an Advanced Integrative Energy Healing™ Practitioner from Langara College in 2011 and has a degree in Biology and Environmental Science from the University of Toronto.
Debra works collaboratively with her clients to develop self-care and resilience-based strategies to empower the client towards well-being and self-awareness.
She is an instructor in the Advanced Integrative Energy Healing™ Program at Langara College where she teaches the Awakening Series based on Integral Yoga Psychology. In 2009, Debra travelled to South India to complete an internship for the Langara Integrative Energy Healing™ Program (a 700hour+ program). In villages near Pondicherry and Auroville, Debra participated in a World Service Project, where she provided biofield healing and taught breath & meditation techniques to Tamil villagers in the area.
Debra is keenly interested in the impact of stress and trauma upon the body, mind and emotions and utilizes her training from the AIEH™ program and the Langara College Strategic Resilience for First Responders Program to support her clients to find resilience during difficult circumstances.
